# Does the "quality" of semen change over the course of a life?

That is, will a 19 year-old me semen be different than my semen at 30? 50? 70? Etc.?

Meaning, assuming the same egg from a female, will my sperm be more likely to produce a superior child at different times or my life, or a weaker one at others? If so, when would these tmes be? Does sickness/diet/activity levels affect this?
