**Hypothesis** :

_The greater the quantity of chewing gum that is being chewed in your mouth, the greater the quantity of saliva that is produced._

Is this correct?

If I chew more gum, will I produce more saliva?

[We all know that chewing increases the amount of saliva in your mouth, but is it directly proportional?]
