# does this board have popups ...

or do i have some idiotic prog that sends me popups everytime i even sign on the net?

i think its a prog but these are pop ups for real places like e-bay and aol …

SDMB doesn’t produce pop-ups for me, praise to all theh gods.

I fear you have some unwanted nasties on your computer - run AdAware or something similar.

just checking as I havent been on the boards for pretty much a year and they were trying to think of ways to mawe cash …

**Celyn’s** right – the pop-ups are from progs picked up elsewhere. AdAware or Spybot or both are suggested frequently around here.
