It’s stupid but it doesn’t offend me. It does make me wish I could go out and get a Whopper, Jr. Stupid NYC and the dearth of BKs near me. ---

Not offended but for some odd reason I am aroused by the ad. I mean, why would I get aroused by a picture of an attractive women with her bright red mouth wide open, above the words “IT’LL BLOW”. Probably just something wrong with me. ---

Not really offended, but not exactly thrilled at yet another example of what I consider to be an unfortunate trend in today’s public discourse. It is easy to characterize prior times’s values as “prudish” - but I’m not sure what benefit there is to casual vulgarity becoming increasingly commonplace. ---

I agree wholeheartedly. I’m getting tired of it. It’s lost its actual shock value, it’s too juvenile to be clever or amusing. So it’s just off-putting. Similarly, I hear so much swearing during the most mundane of day-to-day activities, that choice swear words have lost their potency. ---

The part that disturbs me isn’t the sexual implication. What disturbs me is: Wow, that looks really unhealthy. Should anyone really be eating a seven inch long hamburger patty? Especially when it’s combined with a bunch of fried onions and cheese? That’s gotta be even worse for you than the average fast food hamburger. ---

This. To the extent I’m bothered at all, it’s not by the sexuality so much as the blatantcy. (Blatantcy? Blatantness? Blatantosity?) I think it insults the viewer’s intelligence. Whatever happened to double entendres, where there was some giggly uncertainty as to what was being conveyed? This could hardly be less subtle if the ad copy said “Enjoy BLOW JOB Burger King’s BLOW JOB new BLOW JOB burger BLOW JOB.” Got it, Capitan Subtle. I see what you did there. Oh ho ho. ---
