Wow! I could do the 50lb on my first try. I must be in such good shape I’m not even going to bother to add potatos. I don’t want to get too over-muscled.
A lot of the middle schools and high schools here have started putting in various simple exercise machines. They all seem to work on resistance rather than weights. So, bikes, curling machines etc. I’ve never seen a single person on them. No kids on all the baseball diamonds, batting cages, hoop courts or soccer fields either. During school hours elementary kids are out there sometimes, but it seems they are just turned loose with no instruction.
