# Does this device for TV commercials have a name?

A commercial’s run a gazillion times, you know it by heart. It’s probably a 60, maybe a 30 second spot.

Suddenly, you see an abbreviated version, like the entire last half or so of the ad was removed, probably to save money. But you’ve seen it a gazillion times, remember, so you finish it in your head.

And are annoyed at yourself.

Anyone else? Anyone know?
