We would never use a term as offensive as “newfag”. We call our new people “newniggas”. ---

As with any messageboard there are inevitably a few hidden mines you might step on - topics we’ve discussed endlessly, unwritten rules of etiquette, stupid board memes, posters with a “history” that everyone else understands, that sort of thing. Follow the board rules, especially the “don’t be a jerk” one (except in the BBQ Pit, where jerkishness is allowed) and you’ll be fine. ---

There is a thread in Great Debates about whether it is even possible to be a newfag unless you are a newborn and newborns don’t post much here. Lots of us think they were always that way and we break down the science to back up that assertion.
