# does tooth enamel grow back?

I have a problem grinding my teeth. I was also thinking about the people that deliberately file their teeth to sharp points etc. If one wears away the enamel, does it grow back, or will you have problems from then on?

Well, chickens teeth don’t grow back which is why they are so rare.
