# Does Utah have ballot initiative?

Does the State of Utah have ballot initiatives like California does? If so can a ballot initiative be used to amend the state constitution?

Utah does have ballot initiatives, but those ballot initiatives can not be used to amend the state constitution. Here’s the information regarding how to put an initiative on the ballot.
