The one thing that all very long lived people have in common is that they all have ideas on how to live a very long time that just happen to match their on lifestyles but almost always contradict each other. It is largely a crapshoot. I plan to break the record for longevity. I have a number of positive correlating factors, including family history and health. There’s certainly a lot of luck involved, but I enjoy thinking about it and planning for it. ---
