It’s my favourite flavour. I only eat ice cream about once a year, but when I do it’s usually pistachio (or occasionally Rocky Road or Chubby Hubby). ---

Pistachio’s aren’t green so I don’t know how BR makes their ice cream green 🙂 At Trader Joes, you can get a few types of Pistachio nut meats & throw them in some vanilla ice cream. They are about $3.99lb. ---

I’ve been a fan of pistachio ice cream since my first purchase from Baskin-Robbins circa 1973. Preferably in a double-twin cone with butter pecan in the other half. It doesn’t have to be green but it has to taste like pistachio. Actually pistachio-almond is even better.
