dog poop disposal

Your local authority (and state or fed for their lands, if such authority passed down to local) bans you leaving the poop behind on or in the ground. This isn’t just about the neighbours home values and shoes, but about hygiene for humans and animals, and the health of waterways and natural landscapes, and maintenance of the land.

common sense says a pile of dog poo is like a pile of human poo. Dogs spread disease to other dogs, and to other animals via their poop !
and it makes for polution and alteration of the natural environment

I completely agree.

Thank’s for this. We have already decided to boost our watering cycle and we’ll make a habit of fully saturating the pee spots. We don’t fertilize, but I will look into removing the thatch from the healthier areas and re-seeding in the spring. Thanks for the recommendations, Turble.

We made our own with a $2 Home Depot bucket. We have a 20 lb dog and even after two years it is at most half full as it decomposes and leaches down.

 LOL and why is hard dog poop a good thing? Easier to kick out of the way?

To the OP: depending upon what you read here are you willing to change your behavior?
