I dunno. I once saw a car change lanes and accelerate to deliberately hit and kill a golden retriever puppy who had already made it across the car’s lane and was about to reach safety.

I’m just sayin’, you can’t be sure of the actions a person will take because of the jokes they make. Just because you don’t think it’s funny doesn’t mean someone else (who would be just as disgusted by the actual action) is a horrible person because they joke about it.

No, it says right there, “swerve to run over.” So, really, it was the puppy’s own fault. Being that breed, in that part of town, at that time of night… It just had it coming.
