If -14 wins, both Tiger and Phil would have needed to have shot 62’s to tie. Turns out their hot streaks and subsequent foulups were full of sound and fury signifying nothing. ---

I thought the PGA had gone to sudden death. Regardless, my point was that with the US Open, there is no playoff at all on Sunday. The leaders simply come back Monday morning and play a full 18 holes to determine the winner. And we have a three-way playoff - Cabrera, Campbell, and Perry.
