He may have put them there, but he can’t remove them (on his own) and they aren’t beholden to him. They are, in some sense, more powerful than him. Two more Jan 6thers have been arrested, thanks to the Sedition Hunters (I really want to sign up with them-it sounds rewarding and fascinating).
