I wonder if this will also shed light on the period between 11 AM and 6PM January 6th where [according to records](https://www.npr.org/2022/03/29/1089509352/trump-white-house-phone-records-show-7-hour-gap-on-jan-6) Trump made absolutely no calls. This occurred conveniently between two pages of the call record, suggesting that maybe of few pages of the record were somehow “lost”. If those could be recovered directly from his phone, it might be very interesting. ---

I figured he must have been appointed right out of law school. ---

I’m not sure ANY profession works TO THE DEADLINE as much as lawyers. The brief that was due on 12/24 - when did you get the briefing order? My practice has always been in federal court where is is quite unusual for a deadline to be shorter than 10 business days. But I - and I’d guess a huge majority of lawyers - consistently file on the last day permissible. (That is, if they do not request an extension.) ---

They have deadlines measured in months to respond to an examiner’s report, and yet, they routinely wait until the very last day.
