Bunch of flies landed on the first guy, then every other person they land on gets infected? ---

The LabGirl touched FliesBeFree on the arm trying to get his attention, and when FliesBeFree went for the window, ShouldHaveSpentMoreTimeShirtless’s hands were shown on his shoulder trying to pull him away. The only person who we never saw being infected was Dominic, but he must have touched something in the lab, or be infected by an as-yet-symptom-less doll. Sorry about my alphabetical failure yesterday. ---

That’s pretty much what I thought. Who doesn’t dress up a bit when trying to impress your new date? That being said, it seems like his story serves as a bit of a contrast to Echo’s. She broke in to try and document the company’s wrongs; he went in to make a quick buck. Her motivations, however, seemed to be to make herself important, to make a difference; his were help out his mother. It’s just interesting, morally speaking. ---

In retrospect, it seems oddly heavy-handed for Whedon to name the evil corporation Rossum, as in [Rossum’s Universal Robots](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R.U.R._(Rossum%27s_Universal_Robots)). Is he just being cute here, or is he making a point with this allusion? ---
