He is, because he was convicted in New York, and Florida law defers to the rules of the state in which the conviction occurred. ---

That reminds me – didn’t Lara Trump become co-chair of the RNC and pledge to use donations above all to get Trump elected, at the expense of down-ballot races? Did the Trumps manage to drain funds meant for Republicans in state/local races? ---
