I get that he believes that if he says these things he can manifest his own reality but damn that’s some hardcore delusion.
I watched most of Harris’ Milwaukee speech. It was great. Obvsiously, she wasn’t “confused and tired.” One line resonates. (paraphrasing from memory) “Trump would come to the White House with an enemies list. I’ll come with a To Do list.”

I could have put it differently. I might have said that “a cognitively impaired man, who has long been showing signs of serious emotional instability and has a history of sexism and racism, engaged in crude behavior in front of a large audience.” But that wouldn’t capture an important reality:

The rest of the article is full of crap we already know and have already talked about, but I’m sharing because I was struck by the utter in-your-face [as it were] forthrightness of these opening paragraphs coupled with the mind-boggling word that I bolded.

I saw the clip and I cannot for the life of me understand it. It certainly looks like what was described but it made no sense in the context of his ranting.

I composed a little political rag (well, I wrote the lyrics anyway):
His microphone was malfunctioning for a moment and that was his reaction. Followed by lots of ranting and blaming everyone around for making him look bad. It was a temper tantrum.
And half the country is going to vote for him. Yeah.
