He’s obviously not been talking to his Baptist friends who would probably tell him Catholics aren’t true Christians. I believe one of the Medicis got himself elected Pope and brought his mistress along. So he would have some traditions to uphold. ---

My guess would be Trump would prefer Raymond Leo Burke, the cardinal that advocated for Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi to be refused communion. There’s nothing stopping Trump from naming himself Pope, or better yet the Antipope like in the good old days. He could declare Rome, New York the new seat of the Catholic church. Visiting cardinals would have to pay a tariff, thus balancing the budget and eliminating the need for taxes. ---
