No, they are people who are literate in the economics and understand the numbers. The US central bank has great credibility because it has very excellent technicians and has done a very impressive job in being a nimble reactor to the global financial crisis, far outdoing the European Central Bank until M. Draghi came.

People who have mystical beliefs in gold and in some kind of magical world currency will be upset with them, but that is not the fault of the excellent work of the American central bank.

I don’t believe in gold bro.

Because Clinton named the NRA as her “greatest enemy”?

IIRC, her actual statement, at a Dem debate, was that the NRA was one of the enemies she was most proud of having. Among others, such as the insurance industry. _One of_, mind you. Hence, unless you are referring to another statement, and have the goods, your use of the quote marks is misleading.

Go, and sin no more.

Reddit’s pro-Trump forums have civil war. Conservative infighting with regards to white supremacy. Vox reports.

The article also helpfully defines certain derogatory terms popular among a segment of the conservative movement such as shills (as applied to supporters of the Democratic Party), cucks and SJWs. Repeated Dox threats have led to moderator turnover; the remaining mods (some of whom have run the Trump sub-reddits for a while) are accused of being shills, cucks and SJWs. Apparently these Donald Trump forum moderators seem to think that all posts in such forums should have something to do with Donald Trump. Typical liberal claptrap. Anyway, there are now a multiplicity of Donald Trump forums, some of which permit off-topic anti-Semitic and Islamophobic material.

A direct view into the conservative id: worth reading.

Even in Russell Kirk’s and William F. Buckley’s cases. But there was a time when they could at least effectively disguise it as superego. Now, nobody seems to care any more.

The man on the phone vigorously defending Donald Trump says he’s a media spokesman named John Miller, but then he says, “I’m sort of new here,” and “I’m somebody that he knows and I think somebody that he trusts and likes” and even “I’m going to do this a little, part-time, and then, yeah, go on with my life.”
> >

This appears to be yet another brilliant tactical maneuver by Trump.

It looks as if Trump [actually leaked the tape of the call himself.](https://youtu.be/3-5daajOopI?t=247)

Doing this and then manufacturing a scandal by denying it accomplishes multiple things.

1. He kept his name in the news for the next few days at a time when most coverage was focusing on the Bernie Bro vs Hillary drama.

2. The tape that gets replayed is “John Miller” asserting that thirty year-old Madonna wanted the D. This reinforces Trump’s public image as someone who is sexy and desirable.

3. Most importantly it establishes that decades old taped conversations are fair game. This is a precedent that is deadly for Hillary, since [there is a tape](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2f13f2awK4) of her laughing about knowing that a child rapist that she defended was guilty, and laughing about using lawyerly tricks to get the girls bloody semen covered underwear thrown out as evidence. The little visual-audio combo image of the little girls bloody rape underwear and Hillary’s cackle are going get lodged in voters minds and are going to be an incredibly difficult obstacle for her to overcome. It’s so vivid and intense of an image that it is too forward of an attack for Trump to bring up out of the blue. Creating the John Miller scandal is Trump’s attempt to bait the media into [providing his camp this opportunity](https://youtu.be/vcOFaxyjkuE?t=398) to introduce the issue as a counter-punch.

While you may be undoubtedly correct that this is how this will be spun, what you have presented as fact is not actually correct. The [laugh](http://www.snopes.com/hillary-clinton-freed-child-rapist-laughed-about-it/) was in regards to not trusting lie detectors (because her client, a scumbag accused of rape, passed).

That refers to the laugh that was transcribed as a laugh. There is also a chuckle in her voice from[2:46-2:48](https://youtu.be/e2f13f2awK4?t=149) when she is speaking about the little girls bloody underwear.

Which you are also misinterpreting. What she is laughing at is the absurdity that the crime lab had thrown away the part of the underwear that had the blood on it. They gave her side underwear with a hole cut in it. She had lined up a highly esteemed blood expert to analyze this crucial piece of evidence, and the crime lab was so incompetent that they threw it away. The result was that she plea bargained a case that had been assigned to her.

Cheeze Louise, **Hank** , I don’t _like_ Hillary, but can’t recall ever actually hating anybody like you got on for her. Didn’t your propaganda alarms go off with you saw the tear streaked waif and the caveat saying the picture wasn’t actually the victim? But you heard the quiet ring of the golden Bell of Truth? Seriously?

OK, maybe I hated Nixon that much. Close call, actually.

It’s not forensic experts who will decide.

I doubt the obvious defense that this is just how lawyers operate and how they talk about these matters is going be something that voters will be able to stomach.
