I am sorry this is happening, that you feel scared, and that you don’t have your families there helping. It’s very unfair. Just remember that you probably have some instincts in there even if you can’t explain how you know it. If you get too overwhelmed then absolutely take her in. Don’t need you getting anxious, spreading that generalized anxiety to her! I’m glad you have someone to call you. Please be well. ---

I know I don’t have your respiratory background, nor do I have pulmonary hypertension, but I had double pneumonia a few years ago and came home with a concentrator. I needed it much worse at night and while sleeping than during the day. My doc told me that was not abnormal. He had me taking a sat level every four hours (when I had to run IV antibiotics) and another walking everyday and call them in. Mine was always worst (92-94) in the evening and late night and best in mid morning (97-99). I hope she is doing okay. (Hi Dondra! Nice to meet you.;)) I have been following your threads but haven’t posted til now. I would stay up with you, but we have a planned power outage happening in 35 minutes that’s supposed to last 8 hours. I hope you guys have a good night and better tomorrow. Loshan ---

_Something_ which can be done for my wife isn’t _being_ done! Whether it’s a lung transplant or what the fuck ever! We never even _knew_ of this disease until I admitted her into the hospital! Y’all don’t _know_ **Dondra**! She can run rings all around us when it comes to taking care of loved ones! I _know_ how this sounds, but I cannot stop myself from writing of her wonderful qualities! I don’t mean to sound selfish, okay. I just want her to be better. Thanks Bill ---
