Ummm folks this is a parody. I didn’t see how a link to any specific thread was necessary. People are (usually rightly) jumped on in this forum for using slurs of all kinds. Fer Chrissakes we had a hot discussion of whether calling someone a “breeder” was offensive. It isn’t too much of a leap to make the tongue in cheek suggestion that calling someone a jerk might soon become an offensive term. Congratulations Mangetout for a sly parody of the quirks of this board. ---

Oh, yes. Real sly. Clever, too. But please, don’t tell me not to take it seriously when there was nothing in the OP to indicate otherwise. I know I’m a little slow on the uptake, but cmon now. It’s clever satire, sure - I can see that now. Shame on me for being so dim as to not pick up on it. ---
