That one wrote itself once the first line came into my head. It’s based on another Tom Paxton song “Can’t Help But Wonder Where I’m Bound.” No, that is not a traditional folk song, though it’s often credited that way. Paxton is bumping philosophical about it, figuring it’s the highest tribute a bumping folk song write can get. ---
