I think the title sums it up nicely. While I was away, \*\*FCD \*\*instituted a no-cats-sleeping-in-the-bedroom-at-night policy. I disagree, but it’s not that big a deal. But the other night, Ziva followed me in when I went to read myself to sleep while \*\*FCD \*\*watched TV. I figured she’d do as she usually did and bolt down the hall when he came in to bed. Well, she didn’t and when I woke in the wee small hours to inspect the porcelain, she was up and about. And since she’d been confined in there all night, I figure she needed to use the kitty box, so I picked her up and carried her to the door to eject her. Ziva does not like being picked up. She likes be carried even less. Did I mention I sleep nekkid? So as I reached with my left hand to open the door, she went into full psycho\* I-MUST-ESCAPE \*mode, launching herself down the hallway. Damages: [ol] [li]Bruise and scratch on left chestical[/li][li]Bruise and 2 scratches on right bicep[/li][li]Four punctures on mid-right thigh[/li][li]Scratch going from belly down outer right leg[/li][/ol]My fault entirely. And had I had clothing on, I might have sustained fewer scratches, or at least not as deep. And, no, there will be no pictures, before any of you sickoes ask!! 😛 Happy Moanday!! ---

Well, at least it’s not going to get up into the 80s where I am today, so it’s _trying_ to do the whole autumn thing. Seriously, yesterday there were shimmering heatwaves in the air. And this is in the Northeast. I know I’ll be pining for the sun in a couple months, but 😕. ---

Happy Moonday! It’s a cloudy sticky 60 degrees, supposed to get up to 76. I got a good nights sleep last night. Sah-dog snored away all night and my bladder slept well too. **FCM** I think picking up cats while in the nude is a lot like trying to fry bacon while in the nude. Not much to do today except irk. I have a few phone calls to make, joy and happiness there. Tomorrow is settlement day, or it had better be. If you hear about some crazy lady going postal up in Hagerstown tomorrow you’ll know the bitchsters pulled some more bullshit. ---

I’m about to go postal now I’m trying to check out some stores online and I purposely go to the Hagerstown store and the damn computer will send me back to the nearest store. If I wanted the nearest store I’d ask to go to the nearest store. Maybe we should tell **tugig** to be on standby for tomorrow. If I’m gonna be on TV I’d rather it be by somebody who knows me. ---

I’m also confused. over 80F yesterday and tomorrow the high in the 50s. Always makes the asthma grumpy. Other than that, back to work. I have two computers and two cell phones going right now. Irk is attemptin’ to live up to its name today. All of our systems are down due to some problem at the home office. This includes email, which does not bother me. However, I have many, many case notes to input, and [del]minions[/del] assistants have much stuff to do requirin’ use of stuff that ain’t workin’. So until and unless stuff starts to work again, there ain’t a whole lot happenin’. There are bears in my bedroom on a regular basis. Just sayin’. 😃 **Sari** appropriate/inappropriate appendages crossed and a box of especially pissed off PSWSRPNS on standby just in case. ---

He’s never been mean to her, but she will only tolerate him on her terms - like when she’s at her food dish, she’ll let him pet her. So, no, he doesn’t try to carry her under any circumstances, nekkid or not. So no book. 😛 We’re back from the gym. I’ve got some stuff in the washer, and \*\*FCD \*\*is about to go buy some stuff to make brackets for his bike. I need to run the vacuum - Ziva has shed considerably on the living room rug, and the gray stands out against the beige of the carpet. Dishwasher has been emptied and refilled, so I’ve accomplished something today. Mostly I want to nap - I think I woke up hourly from midnight on. _\_ ---

Damn, **Mooms**. That sounds like no fun at all. Your post makes me feel grateful that my day had no bloody claws in it. The son has discovered an everything you could want menu online and we’re trying it out this week. At least it’s everything you want if what you want is nutritional balance, low cost, and very low processing. Also few ingredients. Your everything may vary. We picked the peanut butter fruit smoothies for Monday breakfast because they took the least coordination. I have a lunch meeting, though, so I’m already messing up the plan.
