Back from the gym. I goofed up on the treadmill and turned it off halfway thru my workout, so I had to restart - maddening!!! Then we went by my Dr office to ask about my meds - nice lady at the front desk said they hadn’t heard from CVS yet - I’d put in 3 requests!! So with luck, the Dr office will send the refill scrip direct and I’ll be good tonight. Gotta have my Lipitor! Today’s fun plans include trying to force order upon the green bedroom. \*\*FCD \*\*has removed the closet doors (when fully slid open, I have all of 18" of access. Now I have all 36" to work with.) I need to figure out what’s on the shelves in there as well as where to put my suitcases. So after I read Dear Abby and catch up on FB, I’ll attack that mess. I may need more caffeine. ---

**Happy Rosie Day!** Another day driving’ round delivering horsy leaflets. It’s glorious weather, and I was going round the little villages and scenic hills. Definitely a nicer way to earn money than workin’ at stoopid football matches. One of the resident kitties is basically an inoffensive ball of fluff, and never attacks anyone- the other for some odd reason is only psycho kitty when he’s looking down at people at the top of the stairs. He’ll attack through the bars on the bannister. Nowhere else. Mad little things. ---

**HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSIE!!!** Wonderful weather here in Albuquerque - nighttime temps down into the 50s, daytime in the 70s, it’s just perfect! Balloon Fiesta starts on Saturday, I think folks are pumped up, although it will probably be pretty crazy trying to get around the city. LOL Too many people, too many cars! Happy Tuesday folks! ---

Warning: writing competition rant to follow. I’m trying real hard not to take[this comment](http://therealljidol.livejournal.com/786119.html?thread=76626887#t76626887) personally, but I can’t think of any way that I shouldn’t. That whole “Oh, you’re reading 100 entries this week? Well, why not add seven more, all by MEEEEEEEEE?” jab sounds a lot like she’s bitching about the fact that I’m adding a link to the Sticky Atop My Journal at the end of my fantasy world stories now. I’m trying real hard not to start a flame war, but I can’t think of a nice way to say “Bitch, that link ain’t for Idol. It’s for the people in my real life that I’m giving Sticky links to who might like to navigate back to the original post. If Idolers want to bookmark that link for their own later reading purposes, that’s all well and good, but it’s not for them.” I don’t think there is a nice way to say that, though, so I shall refrain and take great comfort in the fact that I managed to get through the contestant-only voting last week with a comfortable margin. With a story from my universe. Which contained a link to the sticky at the end. And the story I’m writing for this week will also be added to that Sticky. My story’s not serial, anyway. It’s all over the place at the moment until I can get my inspiration under control. ---
