Okay, I’ve had it with this guy in general questions.

He just won’t back down that doing this shit to a rental car is immoral and most certainly an intentional breach of contract. He thinks he is being cute by defending such a position, but I think its despicable.

Should I report that thread for “promotion” of illegal behavior? Cause I can make a decent argument that it is a much so as some other stuff they will certainly shut down around here.

Not if its untaxed “farm” diesel. That stuff is significantly cheaper than the stuff you buy at the pump.

Of course using diesel that wasnt intended for road transportation is just another questionable legal/moral aspect of this jerks master plan.

don’t they dye that stuff (in other places i think they call it red fuel/red diesel) here to make it plainly obvious that you’re driving around with untaxed fuel?

Thats my understanding. The chances of getting caught doing it and how much shit you’d be in for doing is the real question I guess.

Of course, when he fucks up the rental car, maybe after they are done with him they will turn him into the feds.

And if that doesnt do it, maybe the fuel supplier at the farmer’s co op will for some reward money.

Actually, when the poster claims expert legal knowledge as a result of said employment, I would argue that he has “opened the door” to comment upon his chosen occupation.

As for your second premise: so fucking what?

Expert legal knowledge; funny, I never claimed that. Even stating that “I do not pretend to be an attorney” implies that I **do not** have expert legal knowledge. I do, however, have something of a grasp on how business operates.

As far the stockboy thing, it happens to be a job I like: the pay is pretty decent because of my experience, shifts go by quickly, my job security is as good as it gets (they have let go of everyone possible, leaving us with a skeleton crew), I don’t have to think or worry about the job when I’m not at work and it is part of the reason I have no debt whatsoever. I bet you can’t say the same of your finances and occupation.

Granted, I have looked elsewhere and may have a better job offer by the 20th - having been through two testing phases and two interviews but I really don’t care if they want to hire me or not (it’s even a job with an international insurance company, gasp!).

Employee mistakes cost stores more than theft, at least in the (four) stores in which I have worked. Do ou really think one quarter with unexpected profits would cause a company to reduce prices for the next quarter?

If it became routine, yes, that would happen. I have no idea how many quarters would go by before a company could safely reduce prices; I have seen two quarters in a row with ( ETA: ) significant unexpected profits, but that’s all.

(Also ETA: )Furthermore, the warehouse rarely decreases prices unless it has overstock or intends on provides items for discount to the season (such as bakery items during Christmas).

Merriam-Webster is a piece of shit descriptive dictionary. Regardless, you mis-applied Noah’s definition: being forced to compensate a party for the property you destroyed is not a penalty.

> [@](#):

why do you distinguish?
so breaking Tiger Woods’ shit isn’t cool, but breaking the automobile of a small, one location rental car company’s, with 2 cars to let, is?

you fit the definition of a retard, or someone who is so desperately trying to stuff his original point into a can of shit so as not to lose face.

> Are you saying that you have never milked the system? Do you think businesses don’t routinely do so? It would be stupid to do it all the time, but it would be just as stupid to never do so.

“milking the system” is claiming occupancy of 1 in a hotel room and then sharing it with someonoe
“milking the system” is topping off your gas tank in the rental and driving it another 50 miles so the needle is still at full, but is not at a full tank of gas
“milking the system” is taking full advantage of return policies/product guarantees in ways that weren’t intended by the merchant

…

“milking the system” is not running potentially destructive/injurious experiments on a rental car because you don’t want to break your own car, and then hoping you don’t get caught.

i really can’t think you’re this deranged.

Yeah, a dictionary with a history stretching back to 1806 (303 years, plus a handful of months: I explain this because I know subtraction is beyond your capabilities) would qualify as a piece of shit, you fucking moron.

By the way:

> [@Mr.Krebbs](#):
>
> [3 a : a sum imposed as punishment for an offense b : a forfeiture or penalty paid to an injured party in a civil action](http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/fine)

Read part b, you fucking moron.

> [@Rumor\_Watkins](#):
>
> breaking Tiger Woods’ shit isn’t cool, but breaking the automobile of a small, one location rental car company’s, with 2 cars to let, is?

Tiger Woods is an exceptional individual and a small rental car business is probably exceptional, too - auto dealerships sometimes rent cars in Spokane, WA ( I choose this example because it is the nearest “large” city to me) and the rest that I know of are based in the airport, companies doing business on a national - if not international - scale. But breaking Tiger Woods’ shit is less okay than breaking Microsoft’s shit, IMHO.

Regardless, sometimes it is okay to use generalizations; a generalization does not apply to exceptional cases by definition, you fucking moron.

> [@Rumor\_Watkins](#):
>

Although I didn’t bother with quotation marks, why do you think I used that phrase? Do you realize that you are fucking moron?
