If the OP had been written differently but was about the exact same event, I suspect that the responses could have been completely different. But then again, guy (even in a relationship) hitting on a slightly to moderately younger girl within the same youth group seems almost like a non-event. I wonder at what tipping point of creepiness would the flippant comments stop and the concerned ones begin… ---

I don’t hear Aqualung in my minds ear ( or Cross-Eyed Mary --I wouldn’t, never heard of it). I hear Avril Lavigne. Also, I agree with **Airman**. This is a teenaged sneak brag. ---
