Sha Na Na only formed in 1969, I don’t know how long they were playing together before that, but as an official band, Woodstock would likely have been one of their earliest gigs. Most of what you know of them is going to be from 69 though the 70’s. They sounded like they were from the 50’s, but they weren’t.
