Helen’s Eidolon got on the road around 11 this morning and my house is mostly back to normal after the up-before-6-am-oh-sure-let’s-play-Trivial-Pursuit-until-2:00-am.
You started it. …in my pants. And, **danceswithcats** , you are more than welcome. I remember you being enthusiastic about Hatch Chile last time we met, and I have more than I can use in the ~6months before I have to move (~4months until my lease is up). Really, this is best for both of us. …in my pants. ---

I didn’t take any. I think the baby got the camera and took some. _checks_ Nope. There’s one of Helen’s Eidolon, and one of my toddler kissing Edward The Head’s 10 month old. ---

By the way, I went to the optometrist yesterday and got a new bridge soldered on, so everything’s good on that front; for some reason they want to replace the whole frame, which they say they’ll probably have in by the end of the week. It seems fine as it is, but I wager they know what they’re doing better than I do. ---

I took a couple, but all I had was a cheapie disposable and it still has some shots left. Once I use it up, I’ll post them. ---

Great to see all those I knew, and meet those I hadn’t. **Ginger** , thank you for the Canadian whiskey ( **supervenusfreak** and I put away a lot of it). Also, it was great to play guitar for little Jimmy – hope I haven’t corrupted his musical tastes too much. ---

I wish you could have stayed longer and played some more. Yes, the Canadian whiskey was quite tasty. 🙂 [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/dope-the-halls-vi-mid-atlantic-dopers/380569.md?page=9)
