# Dope withdrawl

So, I’m about to leave on a two-week research cruise.

On a boat.

With no internet.

I’m going to go into withdrawl! It’s gonna be like detox for a net-addict. Should make some print outs to take with me? (I’m sure it helps like methadone helps with heroine detox.) Sadly, I don’t have any of the books; I didn’t think about it soon enough. Am I going to get the shakes? Headaches? Vomitting? (Well, probably the vomitting; it looks like we are going to be leaving into a couple of different storm systems. Yea!)

What would you do if your couldn’t read the SDMB for half a month?

Well, since dad’s a member, I’m sure I’d hear a lot of “wow, you should see all the stuff on there since you left!” That wouldn’t surprise me at all. Yes, dad doing that and something fun happening when I turn away.
