Sorry, Mom, we should have made Pat call home, honestly I think it just never occured to us. _I_ had no idea we were gonna hang here until after 5, it just happened. FTR, Airman Doors is fine, and just left to head home. Last night was fun and a half, although it’s a shame Geobabe couldn’t make it, we needed someone to talk Navy smack to balance all the USAF/Army talk going back and forth. A Marine would have been nice too. Oh, well, I’m a civilian. All you service pukes work for ME! ---

All’s well that ends well. Patrick didn’t understand that even if you are an adult, if you live with somebody, you need to keep those people posted on your whereabouts. Even if they are your parents. 🙂 Patrick is our pride and joy, but he is a work in progress. As are many of us. Heck, it seems to me that those who aren’t works in progress have stagnated, no matter how old they are. ---

Man, I had a good time Saturday night! It was great meeting Airman Doors, and everyone else was their usual charming self. I got home about 6:45 Sunday morning, crawled into bed, and got up again about 12:30 or so. Dave, you never did get that waitress’s phone number. Lucretia and I are gonna have to kick your butt. ---
