**Scylla** , because I _must_ meet the man who vanquished Pirate and did battle with inflatable zeppelins in his underwear.
**Sampiro** , because he’s one of the funniest Dopers I’ve ever had a pleasure to read and I think he’d be a hoot in person.
**yams!!** , because she’s so unbelievably adorable and I want to hug her (who doesn’t?). She hasn’t posted in a while, though. ☹
**Jonathan Chance** , because he’s one of the smartest and most well-spoken on the SDMB (in my opinion), and I think he’d be a damned interesting guy in meatspace.
**Amazon Floozy Goddess** , because I’ve talked to her quite a bit outside the SDMB. She’s an incredibly funny and sweet person and I am honored to call her my friend.
**BellRungBookShut-CandleSnuffed** , simply because I want to meet the person behind the fascinating dopername.

I apologize up front as this will get long. Many are being left off as I have already met them.
**Posters I would like to meet:**
One of them is **faithfool** who started this thread. I would like to meet up with both **Phlosphr** and **Sunspace** at an environmental event or even for an evening just bullshitting. Of course I have to add **Jshore** & **WhyNot** to this group.
I missed meeting **eleanorigby** when I was in Chicago where I did get to meet **Mr Bus Guy**. I missed **CalMeacham** when I was in Boston. I hope to correct these someday.
The posters I most wished lived nearby are probably **Silenus, Qadgop the Mercotan and Elendil’s Heir**.
I have a very large group I would like to go to a baseball game with and a large group that I would like to meet up with for a long Entmoot. (Tolkien Fans) The two groups have some overlap and a good chunk are on my Contacts & Friends. Then there are a few other I just like and would like to meet.

Some of the others: **FinnAgain, Sarahfeena, Marley23, Kytheria, jsgoddess, Chronos, Anaamika, WordMan, Amazon Floozy Goddess**
Then there are a bunch of Jersey & NYC residents that need to show up to one of these Dopefest soon. That is another long list. **Loach, ChiefScott, Count Blucher, Oy!, Ichbin Dubist** , and **Shecky** come to mind and New resident: **olivesmarch4th**.
I am now going to end up feeling really bad about those I left off, but this is a fairly thorough list.

I know you are mostly teasing, but I am sorry. I don’t think we run in the same circles on the board. I recognize your name but I don’t think our posting overlaps that often.

_Sigh_ I knew it was all a lie. “Such organization,” I thought. “Such verve.” Fine, I’ll go sit in a corner and pout.
For what it’s worth, I’d be interested to make the acqaintance of most people on this board, especially those I’ve had the most rabid disagreements with. It’s always interesting to see how other people’s minds work, especially those you don’t share the same views with. I’m generally not kooky enough to make much of a blip, but everyone on here fascinating.

I want to go for drinks with \*\*Autolycus \*\*and ride motorcycles with **Red Barchetta**.
I want to make homemade cashew butter and go to outdoor art shows with **WhyNot** , and visit \*\*VunderBob \*\* for coffee in a diner to see if his small town is as much like mine as I think.
And I definitely am up for a pub crawl with **An Gadai**.
