# Doper Chemists Please Help.

I am trying to get hold of some [diindenoperylene](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diindenoperylene) for an experiment, but can’t seem to find anyone who produces this chemical.

I’ve tried Sigma Aldrich, but a search of their website comes up negative. Googling manufacturers didn’t help either.

I would be grateful for any suggestions as to alternative suppliers. It must be possible to obtain this as there are many people using this in their research.

I would give Sigma a call. Their website I’ve found a little funky sometimes. A live tech services rep might be able to help you.

I’ve never used the compund you are looking for, but a quick search of recent journal articles I just ran showed people listing Sigma-Aldrich as the source they purchased it from. So they have it, or did recently.
