i can only apologise for the incompetencies of my governmental employers then. This would never have happened under Churchill. Out of interest is it giving you a reason for the bounce? And if it refuses to work point blank then you can use the one in my profile here. Although i’m not sure i _want_ to hear from you - you are only going to ask me if you can borrow an army or two 😉 ---
