# Doper freak show

I come from a long line of freaks. My great-grandparents were actually circus folk. My maternal great-grandmother used to do trick riding in the circus until she turned about 25. Then she had 7 kids and put on 300 lbs. She ended life at the age of 58 weighing 420 lbs. and standing 5’1".
I have very prominent epicanthal folds. (Little webby skin flaps where my nose meets my eyes.) Everyone on my mother’s side of the family has them. This means people are always asking me if 1) I’m Asian, or 2) have Down’s Syndrome. (Neither.)
My mother has grvael permanently embeded in the skin of her knee from fallin down a hill when she was a kid. You can see and feel the hard little bumps right on top of the kneecap. She can also touch her wrist with her thumb.
My father’s forth and fifth toes on his right foot were fused together and had no toenails.
My back molars are permanently grey from taking tetracycline when I was younger.
My inner labia are somewhat longer than my outer labia. At first I thought every girl was like this, until I saw some porno mags and decided I must be a freak. I don’t know anyone who has this, but once a boyfriend found a picture of a woman in a ‘Penthouse’ that was the same way and he saved the picture for me to try and convince me I was normal and it was sexy. I’m still sort of embarrassed about it, so naturally I’m telling the entire message board.
I also have squishy eyeballs! Sometimes if I rub my eyes they make this sort of juicy “squink, squink” noise.
My boyfriend has a hairy nose. Several thick black hairs grow out of the top of his nose and he must pluck them periodically. Strangely, his other facial hair is rather sparse.
He also has a Motherlode Pore™ on his back that is so deep and wide it looks like a gunshot wound scar. I’m not kidding. People ask about it when he takes his shirt off. It must be emptied about once a month and roughly 1/4 ounce of thick waxy material must be removed or it hardens into an itchy nodule.

You have a positive ape index! Have you ever thought of being a rock climber? According to a show I saw once, you have a good build for it. Heck, they were excited about one girl whose PAI was only a few inches. You could be a god!

I don’t have any armpit hair. Also, I don’t have to use deodorant. (Really!) Everywhere else, my hair is normal. It is hereditary: my father has little armpit hair for a man, and his mother was like me, she told me. It’s quite convenient.
As it is also quite easy to spot, it would make a nice subject for a study how this genetic trait is distributed throughout my family tree. On the other hand, I’ve never had the nerve to ask any of my stuck-up aunts about their armpit-hair, though.

Double jointed thumbs for me same as samiam & calm kiwi - it can contort & bend in the most freaky ways - but double jointedness (yes - I know it is actually hyper-flexibility if you want to be correct) runs in my mom’s family, my mom’s cousing has elbows that bend the wrong direction, and my uncle can dislocate his sholderblades.
MrFantsyPants - I used to have a friend in the late 80’s from Ontario who was in Calgary at the time - with the same feature or so he told me and about the right age as what you list for your b-day - if your initials are EJ - heya - come by my web site - it is like a family reunion for all the old scene.

I have a single eyelash that grows in white. It’s quite startling, since my eyebrows and lashes are black. I’ve had it for as long as I can remember, and have no idea why it’s there, as none of my other hair is going gray or white yet.
Also, when my adult teeth were growing in, the bottom front four grew in behind the baby teeth, rather than pushing them out, so I had two rows of teeth in the front. Kinda like a shark! years of braces have fixed that, but my bottom teeth are still slightly crooked.

Let’s see, what are my genetic abnormalities; I have three toes that have a fused last joint, so they don’t bend on the end at all, I have no foot odour at all, ever, no matter how old my shoes are or what they were used for, and I have the crooked ring fingers that are a trademark of the women in my family. I think that’s it.

My right ear is inside-out. Not as freakish as it sounds; instead of being concave, it’s convex. My dad blames it on all the agent orange he was exposed to in Viet Nam. Says his testes are shooing out mutants. 🙂

I had the hives for ten months solid. Apparently this was so unheard of, I got to be an exhibit at the UPMC school of medicine where they brought a bunch of medical students to look at me because they might never see such a thing for the rest of their lives.
I still get the random hives for no reason at all.

I’ve got the webbed toes that **Ms Macphisto** has. It’s all of my toes, but the second and third toes on each foot have the most.

Hmm, I don’t think I have many weird traits, or at least ones that are very interesting, but lets see…
When I sit down cross legged, I can bend down far enough to rest my head on the ground (without any effort to keep it there). I think it was because I was born with hip dysplasia (I think that’s the term). My legs would come out of their hip sockets pretty easily when I was a baby (still do actually), so I’m thinking maybe the muscles and ligaments got stretched.
I have one eye that opens wider than the other. Not very noticeable unless I’m really tired/sick or something. It’s a family trait, my father has the same thing.

I’m pigeon-toed, meaning that my leg bones point slightly inward rather than straight. Most people, when they bend their knees so their feet come toward their body, have their legs go straight against each other. Mine bend slightly off to one side and it looks really weird when I do that.
It used to be really obvious when I was little, but over the years, my walking style has pretty much evened out and you can’t even tell by looking at me.

BTW, **MrFantsyPants** , do you care to tell us how these testicles of yours are arranged? Are they just like normal men’s, but a row of three instead of two? Is one higher or further front or back than the others? Are they all of normal size? Inquiring minds want to know.
