Instead of “my wife” it’s **Mrs. (my username)** (or **Mr. (my username)**) It makes me cringe when people do that. Just say “my husband” and stop trying to be cute. ---

I never considered memes to be intended to be funny. It’s that group cohesiveness thing. If you understand where the meme came from, you are part of the group. If not, you aren’t. If it didn’t’ happen on this board, I’d think of it as a sign that it isn’t actually a community. ---
