I always read **Argent Towers** as “Agent Towers”, and imagine him looking like [this](http://www.criticalgamers.com/archives/pictures/BondJamesBond.jpg) , and running around doing spy stuff. I always read **Der Trihs** as “The Thris” and wonder what the heck a “Thris” is, even though I \*know \*it’s just “Red Shirt” backwards. Also, for the longest time, I for some reason parsed **TubaDiva** as “Tub Diver”, picturing her diving into a bathtub from a great height. Dunno what that was all about. You got any? ---

Some people looked at **spingears** and thought it was **sping ears**. Also, \*\*lno \*\* used to get a lot of folks thinking he was **ino**. ---

I still mentally pronounce **TubaDiva** as an informal way of saying Tuba Diver, which of course makes no sense. Swear to Og that’s what I thought it was for a long time. Can’t say as to why. ---

It’s _Mange Tout_ - meaning ‘eat everything’ - alluding to my penchant for eating things, sometimes experimentally. I am not the famous Mr Mangetout (who eats bicycles and trees), neither am I French (although there’s nothing wrong with being French). ---

She’s been careful to correctly capitalize it, but I can’t help but read **SnakesCatLady** as **SnakeScatLady**. Which is very, very different. ---

For some reason, whenever I see **JKellyMap** , my brain just throws out the “K” and I read “JellyMap”. What’s up with that? 😉 Oh, and it was _very_ recently that I realized **Digglblop** had an “l” in the second syllable; prior to that, I always read it Diggle-bop. ---

I know that my selected nom de guerre isn’t the most common word in the English languge but any time I’m responded to in a thread there’s roughly a 75% chance that my name gets spelled wrong. I wonder what people think my Dope Name _is_ sometimes. And this is nuts, but to me \*\*Sampiro \*\* reads out as Sampire-O, to where it would read as rhyming with vampire, so even though one has nothing to really do with the other, \*\*Sampiro \*\* is a vampire to me. I also want to pronounce \*\*Silenus \*\* as “Sillyness” 😃 ---

I always see your name as “norry new”, and it was only when some one addressed you as Norine that it occurrend to me it’s probably Norine W. Also **garygnu** is, in my mind “Ga-RIG-nu” and I read **BrknButterfly** as Birkin Butterfly (like Birkin bag), although I’m aware it’s almost certainly “broken butterfly.” And of course I pronouce **Vinyl Turnip** as “Throatwarbler Mangrove,” but then who doesn’t? ---
