Well, these are pretty much SFW, but I’ll go ahead and break the link. Unfortunately, I don’t have very good quality digital files of these pics (I have them printed on 11 x 17 glossy). I dated a photographer who liked to take pictures in low light situations, moving the lens around to create what he called a “light painting”. The pictures of you with your firstborn are emotionally spectacular. Frame them. Seriously. Get a local photographer, set up some of those shots, and keep some for yourself and see if a local museum or something would like to include them in an exhibit. The beauty of those pictures exists in a way most nude depictions cannot approach because the emotions are different. That child could not be more relaxed, could not be more devoted to you, could not be more vulnerable. And the suggestion throughout those photos with you and your child is that safety is so thoroughly secured that it is almost even an afterthought at that point – because there’s nothing more to secure. You cannot get that beauty, in a photo or otherwise, with surgery, makeup, Photoshop, whatever. You get it by devoting yourself to someone who for the first many months (years) of his or her life can do little more than need. And, in return, love. You are not going to have the body of a 20-year-old model anytime soon. You **will** have healthy and productive and respectful children. You are beautiful with your child and without. The nude shots betray a certain unhappiness with your current physical form, yes, but not embarrassment or denial. You are looking straight ahead – to make sure you get the shot you want, surely, but also, you are looking right at yourself as you take those shots. If there is any resignation to an unwanted bodily shape, it doesn’t show through. Since you indicated that you don’t like how you look and that you want to like how you look, perhaps pick something physical about you that you like and that isn’t going to change a lot through pregnancy/ies. Hold onto that mentally. Other areas will change despite any efforts to the contrary. No, these changes are not all fun (at least not for you), but as you mentally adjust to those changes, you can hold onto at least some pregnancy-independent beauty, which is important for you not just to help you maintain an image of yourself as an attractive woman (you are) but to keep a part of your identity separate from your life with your husband and children, for yourself. ---

It’s never more than three or four a week, but add those up over the last nine months and it’s quite the collage. If not for the skirts and makeup, they’d be indistinguishable from prepubescent boys. I have never seen the appeal of such a look, but there it is. The size 0 remark was meant as more of a joke, but really, seriously, I think you deprive yourself of credit by saying you’re too fat to model. Too short? I’ve no idea how tall you are, but from my perspective (and I have zero industry experience), you have what models need: the look to make clothes look good.
