# Doper Parents: my son is a babbling brook. Help.

Seconded. From personal experience. It’s _important_ to have ADHD tested for and diagnosed (and treated) if present.  
**Ivylass** – you (and your kid) too! You both get yourselves some professional Medical advice for your children. And possibly either you, the fathers, or both as well (ADHD is _highly_ heritable, and contrary to popular belief, _does not_ go away when you grow up). Please.
