I hope they realize how you’re putting effort into it! **si blakely** , I vote keep it off. You’re roughly my father’s age, and when he started getting mixed colors in it, I encouraged him to shave it off. And I typically prefer beards. If you do keep it though, keep it much more closely cropped (only slightly longer than your head hair, if not the same length) and never on the neck. ---
