Now that I’ve seen all eight nominees, I stand by my early prediction of **The Revenant** winning Best Picture.

The PGA has preferential voting, like the Oscars (for Best Picture only. All the other categories have majority rules voting). That favors The Big Short but I still wouldn’t be surprised if Spotlight or The Revenant won.

I haven’t voted because I really don’t know. And because I liked ALL the nominees, I’ll be happy with whatever wins. I am rooting most for The Big Short though.
