Right, so you’ve written your cleverly contrived post, you’ve hit submit, the hamsters have done there best to post your message, maybe they have, maybe they haven’t – you aren’t sure.
So what do you do? You could hit _Refresh_, that’d tell you, but no, you’re too fucking impatient. I can understand that, you don’t have all day to sit around waiting for a _whole_ page to reload, so you just hit submit again.
Fair enough, so far you’ve been only moderately annoying.
But why, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, WHY, upon discovering that you have double-posted do you feel the need to post again with some lamo bullshit excuse, “Uh, I don’t know how that happened, must be something wrong with my pooter”?
Stop doing that! It convinces no-one, and it makes the whole in the ozone layer ever so slightly bigger.
