A complete shocker in the VA Republican primary. The #2 guy in the House (and possible Presidential candidate) is getting his ass kicked by somebody no one’s ever heard of before. ---

Just heard this myself, and I’m pretty shocked. Never saw that one coming, but figured it was a matter of time before a person who was considered safe got picked off by the TP. ---

He was going to give a speech at UPenn a few years ago, but Occupy went en masse to protest and he cancelled at the last minute. I thought to myself at the time “what a powerful person, he doesn’t have to even give these people the time of day,” part of me was a little envious. ---

It seems that it is too late for Cantor to declare as an Independent. ---
