HA! I’ve been hating Bill Frist since hating Bill Frist wasn’t cool. (It was his fucking stars and stripes tie that got me.)
Anyway, I hope his wife does well, but I’ve come not to trust anything Frist says about his election plans – I think he’s promised not to run next time three times now, and he already broke the first two of those promises.

I’d guess he is considering the Presidential race, if last night’s SOU address is an indication.
Frist had the plum Photo Op position as Bush left the hall. He was right behind the President on the handshake trail, then followed by Elizabeth Dole. I suppose there’s a pecking order to that sort of event.
That subject title startled me. My shrink is a friend of Senator Frist. (Hey, nobody’s perfect.)
He really had promised to go no further in the Senate. Expect to see a push for the nomination. Ice cream cone. Hell.
Congressman Harold Ford is looking mighty interested in that Senate seat. More power to him!
