71 hours in and I am reaching the end of what I plan to play. I’ve done all the Trials now, though I guess I’m seeing I can run through a couple again to fight a couple more bosses? I did all of the Wheel of Hama trials except the final one, which actually was too challenging for me even at level 99. I restored Cobblestone in the new timeline. I did NOT do Tickington very much at all. It was OK, but not my favorite part of the extended game. I plan to go fight the final bad guy in the next day or two. ---

@RayMan I defeated Calasmos today. I could have leveled to level 149 and added 30+ hours of gameplay if it allowed, but I was set to do it. This is a great “content per hour” game. Not open world, every hour of my 72+ hours was filled with actual gameplay. If I have a system for Dragon Quest XII, I’ll buy it day 1. ---

72 hours, 13 minutes to the final credits. What a game. I’m kind of speechless. Breath of the Wild took 120 hours, but that was a lot of wandering. This game was 72 hours, but was almost all “moving forward”. The longest game I’ve played comparatively was Persona 4, which was 91 hours.
