There was a sick parody episode set to air in 2004 where Capt. Hero is depicted as a parapalegic, much like Chris Reeve.

When Reeve died, the episode was not aired and was not even included on the Season 1 DVD.

There were rumors that it would be on the the season 2 dvd, but now it will air THIS WEDNESDAY.

Just wanted to give notice.

The episode description:

> [@](#):
>
> Terms of Endearment (106)
> Terms of Endearment - Captain Hero enjoys spying on his roommates in the bathroom using his X-ray vision. Unfortunately, the radiation from his X-ray vision is so powerful, it makes one of the roommates very ill. Distraught and guilt ridden, he attempts to give up his super powers.

If this wasn’t a season 1 episode, Waldorf could heal him by rubbing one off and applying a klum baby.
