Another “God, no” for Piper and Gillan. I want an Angua who looks like she could win a bar brawl. Maybe a younger Jessica Stevenson/Hynes. On an unrelated tangent, I just had an epiphany about character names in _Thief of Time_. I had noticed the [Jeremy Clockson](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Clarkson) joke but it took me until just now to put two and two together on [Lobsang Ludd](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lobby_Lud). Man, I’m slow. ---

I think Angua has to be a British Katee Sackhoff type, tough girl with an East European angularity, so if anybody can come up with someone who fits that bill, that would be handy. ---

Angua is definitely a blonde. I believe this is also mentioned in _The Fifth Elephant_. [Josh Kirby](http://www.lspace.org/ftp/images/bookcovers/uk/men-at-arms-2.jpg) thinks she’s a blonde, too.
