p.s. And many wards have held Halloween parties so I don’t buy the “her favorite holiday is Halloween so she must be evil” stint either.
That’s not to say that there aren’t some might stupid people who very well may feel that way and also very well may be LDS. I’m just looking for another link.

There’s an [AP story](http://tv.ksl.com/index.php?nid=5&sid=76171) about the case from [KSL-TV News](http://tv.ksl.com/) in Salt Lake City.
I also found a [Google cache](http://72.14.207.104/search?q=cache:GAxaQ3LTFE4J:www.utd.uscourts.gov/reports/0711k.html+Jensen+site:utd.uscourts.gov&hl=en&start=2) for last week’s calendar for the [U.S. District Court for Utah](http://www.utd.uscourts.gov/) which mentions the case of “Jensen v. Sevier Sch Dist, et al”.
That doesn’t prove the facts alleged in the case, but it does seem that the whole thing isn’t just a pure Web glurge hoax.

MEBuckner, your last sentence reminds me of something I found very interesting in English class back in college a few years ago: “fact” also has the meaning of “A thing that has been done, especially a crime” (definition taken from [www.dictionary.com](http://www.dictionary.com)). I still find that amusing.

Thank you all for the further info, especially **Qadgop**. Never knew Mormons had dietary restrictions, but then again I’ve never met one, except for 10 seconds on the doorstep of my house. **Dan** , even looking at the article I couldn’t get my head around the idea of everyone else in the school being against coffee.

Are Mormons allowed to eat chocolate? If so, they are getting about as much caffeine as in coffee, aren’t they?
