Drinking sweat/urine

Can you cite where there is sugar in sweat? Gatorade is 6% glucose, fructose, and sucrose.

In focus group testing the “unsweatend sweat” didn’t score nearly as high…

Generally speaking, I’d think the urine would be a little easier to collect.

Hilarious!

On a completely unrelated note, the Pokari Sweat is bottled by Coke I believe. I think that was one of the “lovely” (read: FOUL) drinks that they served in the Coke plant in Atlanta.

Oops! Forgot to mention that he added sugar.

I believe Robert Mapplethorpe produced the illustrated guide to this collection technique.

Drinking urine, sweat, sand filtration, condensation devices, bah.

Two word- Still Suit.
That way you lose only a thimbleful of water a day. I’ve got a deluxe doxed set of the Dune series somewhere in this appartment. I picked it up at a yard sale. Herbert was kind enough to include detailed schematics for the suits. Unfortunately, the pages giving detailed instructions on seducing any woman and bringing her to ultimate sexual ecstasy are so damaged by water and mold that I can’t make out a single word.

If people are squemish at the thought of drinking their own urine, how are they going to feel about a garment that, in the desert environment, can’t be taken off? No to mention the fact that you urinate and defecate in it. That will take some getting used to. What is done on the Space Station? They must be recycling all the waste water.

As an aside, can you give me some information on your boxed set? I am a huge Dune fan and have several editions of the books, but I have never run across a boxed set.
